OUR PROGRAMS

To improve and enable greater inclusion and opportunities of Turkish and Kurdish communities in London. 

• Promote members rights and strengthen social cohesion. 

• Empower and enable, Turkish and Kurdish communities to feel safe and confident to navigate/access complex mainstream services system and challenges, maximising opportunities and fulfil their potential.

• Help mainstream service providers to enhance understanding of the disadvantages experienced and their issues so to better meet the needs of Turkish and Kurdish communities in London.

• Provide a safe, inclusive and accessible community centre. 

• Produce information and interpretation to support members to communicate with decision-makers, the wider community. 

• Help communities to make informed positive choices through the provision of information, guidance and support.

• Provide advocacy support for migrants especially for the most vulnerable to ensure their rights are protected.

• Facilitate access to mainstream provision including healthcare, employment, advice and information.

• To increase the number of local Turkish and Kurdish communities, who access our specialist, transformative services

• Deliver cultural programmes that the community can part-take and celebrate traditions. 

• To provide adaptive and innovative responses to changing needs

• A credible and trusted authority on the needs and aspirations of TURKISH AND KURDISH MIGRANTS in the UK.

• A value-led, independent, accountable, and sustainable organisation.

• Maximise the use of mainstream services and resources to create new opportunities, for example, using the skills and knowledge to create better lives.

• Better prepared to address their challenges and tackle longer-term changes in their lives by understanding the improvements they can make to live more fulfilling lives.

• Adopt more informed choices to improve their quality of life.
